Creditor's Equity

In Accounting Glossary, Creditor's equity shows the relationship between total amount of debt and total amount of assets. Creditors's equity can be calculated by dividing total amount of debt with total amount of assets. This is also called creditor's equity ratio.

Creditor's equity ratio = Total Debt / Total Assets
