1. I have succeeded to teach my post employee why I am giving less pay for more time. If I appointed him out side city. He has spent more time for reaching there and returning home
8 hrs duty
+ 2 hrs going to duty
+ Returning 2hrs
This point will be help full for me for making strategy for appointing employee at less pay .
2. I have also succeeded to open the heart of my past employee. It he will work setting job for 12 hrs and if he will not hard work . then he will be lazy for hard – work . This point will be helpful for making strategy about how can I help him to our come his fear after leaving my Job .
3. ‘’ Give the pressure of more time work slowly to employee like drugs . He will be addicted of it .and he will do more work lose money ." Because this is good habit. More time for learning and job will make him successful. It is my achievement.
